Waiting for LOST

Sixth and final series of LOST is set to start broadcasting some time in the new year, and I thought I'd brighten up the wait by an exceedingly catchy little tune. :)

    I love "Lost."
    I've come to realize there are those who do (who have either watched from the beginning or recently caught up on all the seasons via dvd) and those who can't stand it because they don't know what in the heck is going on. I have watched it since season 1 aired and therefore have to know what happens next... and half the time I get confused about what is happening! :)
    Are you team Sawyer or Jack?

    We had a marathon one weekend watching the whole of series 1, and then watched the rest on TV, as we heard it was supposed to be really good, but we'd missed the first half of series 1 by then. Got bored after series 3 I think it was, in a sort of "Oh no, they're dragging it out even more! *groan*" but I kept at it and then it became really interesting again. Hubby dropped out after series 2. It's a great show, and the amount of questions it keeps raising and the way it plays with your mind is rather enjoyable. :)

    Team Sawyer or Jack for what? Kate? Undecided. As characters go, I've come to prefer Sawyer as the show has gone on. Jack just seems to be so whiny nowadays, whereas Sawyer has grown from being an annoying git to actually have both some heart and some brains! It's like they've both gone in opposite directions somehow. Can't wait for it to come back and see how it all ends! :)

It's been just about a year since I wrote that post about IF Richard Armitage was gay, what's it got to do with us ? This has since become the most read and the most commented post on this blog, for better or for worse. Hotly debated issue, apparently. The thing that strikes me is how people look upon the subject. A lot of comments were very supportive, saying if he was gay, it might spoil the illusion somewhat, but all in all, if that's who he is, then that's who he is. Others claimed to have evidence of him being a homosexual, but from what I gather, it's really only based on hearsay, rumourmongering and/or "gut feelings". Personally, I'd be interested to hear a gay man's views on this. Why? Because everyone in the debate is female, and the vast majority, if not all, are straight. Ever heard the term "gaydar"? Whose gaydar is more likely to be accurate - a straight female's or a homosexual male's? I know who I'd vote for...
